ProXES Asia Pacific was awarded the ´Inner Beauty´ project!

The ´Inner Beauty´ project was initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (South Korea) for the promotion and construction of industrial clusters in rural areas by producing organic fruits and environment-friendly cosmetics. There within, Namwon city has been appointed to develop the first demonstration project case for the organic fruit clusters. Our proposal of organic processing (i.e. no additives, preservatives, colouring, etc.) could fully convince the ‘Major of Namwon City’ and the ‘President of Namwon Agricultural Cooperative Federation’. In the future, the cooperative members (farmers) will be able to produce high value added products including fruit puree, jams and sauces based on our exquisite Processing Technology. We are proud that our compact line-concept consisting of Stephan Machinery, FrymaKoruma, Terlet and SUATEC elements was chosen for this high prestige project by Namwon City (South Korea) via the Namwon NH Bank (National Agricultural Cooperative Federation Bank).

Anuga FoodTec 2018 exceeded all expectations!

We are proud to announce that Anuga FoodTec 2018 was very successful for our group of companies. Above all, the excellent cooperation with the colleagues from Stephan Machinery, FrymaKoruma, SUATEC and Terlet made this success possible. Especially the exhibited machines and the line concept of our group of companies convinced the demanding trade visitors at the Anuga FoodTec 2018 in Cologne. This is illustrated primarily in the generated business contacts, whereby we will be busy with their postprocessing for months. Finally, Stephan Machinery GmbH received the Silver International FoodTec Award for the SAM - STEPHAN ® Aseptic Multitherm. This prestigious award from DLG (and partners) recognizes groundbreaking developments in terms of innovation, sustainability and efficiency in food technology. A silver medal is given to products that have been developed to achieve a significant improvement in function or procedure. The SAM produces semi-liquid end products with aseptic properties, which allows a much longer shelf life of fresh applications. In addition, Terlet successfully presented the Donut Cooker, a new machine for cooking fruit preparations. FrymaKoruma showed possibilities of professional retrofitting of a used machine as well as the production of vegan ice cream, which was very popular among the trade fair visitors. SUATEC's range of control and automation technology was very well received.
